About the Role
Job Description:
As a partner and architect at Formist, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to and managing various projects from initial concept to completion. This includes:
Design and Development: Lead and contribute to project ideation, design development, and presentation. Collaborate on sustainable and innovative design concepts that align with client needs and Formist’s vision.
Digital Visualization: Use advanced tools like Revit and Twinmotion for 3D modeling, rendering, and creating interactive design presentations.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand project requirements and present ideas in a clear and professional manner.
Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with other co-founders and external partners to leverage shared resources and expertise, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Innovative Contributions: Bring fresh ideas to the table for new design approaches, potential project types, and ways to integrate new technologies into practice.
Requirements
We are looking for passionate and driven professionals to join our innovative architecture firm. The ideal candidate would possess:
Architectural Expertise: A solid foundation in architectural design, project management, and construction knowledge, with an eye for both aesthetics and functionality.
Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Twinmotion, with bonus points for experience in BIM modeling, rendering, and visualization tools.
Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented spirit capable of engaging with clients, colleagues, and partners to bring unique visions to life. The candidate should also be comfortable with remote collaboration and coordinating with various partners.
